Do you do any billing? |

We will never bill you for anything. You will continue to receive magazines from the time you sign up until the duration of your sign up has passed. Once you have past your sign up duration, you will not receive any notices. You must call in to renew your subscription. |

Are there any other charges added to the price shown for the magazine? |

There are no other charges added to the cover price of the magazine. |

Can I pay by check? |

Yes. To pay be check you will have to mail in your information and payment. We suggest that you fill out and print the Subscription page and then mail it to us with you payment. You may find our address on the Contact page. |

How long before I receive my first issue of the magazine? |

Your order will be processed within 48 hours, and you should receive your first magazine within two weeks. If you requested the current issue and we do not have any in stock you will receive the next issue within two weeks after we get it in. |

Do you give out my personal information? |

We will under no circumstances give out or sell your personal information. |

Can I renew magazines with you? |

Absolutely! You may renew anytime day or night by our Subscription page, or you may renew by phone Monday to Friday 8am-6pm CST or Saturday 9am-4pm CST. |

Do you automatically renew my subscription? |

No, we do not automatically renew your subscription. You will need to call in or re-subscribe through our Subscription page in order to renew. |

Will you contact me before the expiration date to find out if I want to renew? |

Yes, you will receive a notice of your expiration. At that time you may choose to renew. |

How soon should I renew my subscription with your company? |

You may renew your subscription anytime you wish. Simply call anytime Monday to Friday 8am-6pm CST or Saturday 9am-4pm CST, or renew online via our Subscription page. |

Can I send magazines to someone else as a gift? |

Sure. To send magazines to someone else you should either fill out their information on the Subscription page, or you may notify us by telephone Monday-Friday 8am-6pm CST or Saturday 9am-4pm CST. |

Do you ship magazines outside of the US? |

Unfortunately due to shipping and postage costs we are unable to send magazines outside of the US. |
